First Official Software Enhancement

Filed Under (Enhancement Announcements, News & Updates) by admin on 25-02-2008

Yesterday I made a minor yet powerful enhancement to Promo Code Software.

The enhancement is in your Dynamic Promotion Code Campaigns. Right off the bat I received dozens of requests to disallow a new promo code to be created when a visitor refreshed their screen.

Now your Dynamic promo codes will only be shown once to each visitor.

Before yesterday, your users could easily create as many promo codes as they wanted simply by going back to your site and clicking the “generate code” again. If you had a limited time offer based on when the promo code is generated…they could just create another promo code after your offer expired for them.

The best way to understand the change is to check out the Dynamic Code Demo on the main Promo Code Software Sales page. Click HERE and go to the middle of the sales page. Create your own dynamic code and enter it in the form. Then go back and try to generate another code. You will find that a new code will not be generated but the original code (visitor specific) will be displayed again.

This is particularly useful in my demo.

Why?

Because I have set the code to expire 2 minutes after you generate a code and use it. After you use the code (again, visitor specific) the limited offer starts. After 2 minutes elapse, you are directed to a demo “expired” page.

Go ahead go test it out now to see what I mean: Click Here.

Please leave your comments below.

Enjoy this new enhancement…many more to follow.
